After more than 25 years in senior leadership roles across the globe, I chose to work independently to bring fresh perspective, agility, and hands on leadership to visionary businesses. Having led double digit growth, complex transformations, and high value programmes in over 50 countries, I earned a reputation for calm, assertive leadership in fast-paced and high-stakes environments. Whether stepping into a challenge or scaling what already works, I am known for driving positive disruption with focus, integrity, and a growth mindset.

My work spans business transformation, market expansion, and commercial strategy across real estate, retail, infrastructure, and manufacturing. I have executed £40M+ sales strategies and led global teams across five continents. Educated as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with further study at INSEAD and the Power MBA, I combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial drive to support bold outcomes.
